Terms and Conditions

  1. Ticket fee is charged in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
  2. Ticket fee includes refreshments and lunch. Accommodation is NOT included.
  3. Registration will be closed on 24th October 2023.
  4. All payment MUST only be made through Ticket2U platform.
  5. In its sole discretion, the organiser reserves the right to decide on the participant’s eligibility and registration categories. Any decisions from the organiser is final.
  6. Payment options include credit/debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD ONLY), online banking or e-wallet. After submitting the registration, your payment will be processed by Payment Gateway (Ticket2U).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Strictly no refunds and cancellations. For any reasons you are unable to attend the conference, an email containing the substitution’s details shall be sent to the Secretariat as soon as possible (at least 5 business days) before the commencement of the conference, and substitution is only allowed within the same participating category.
  2. The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.

Admission To The Conference Venue

  1. Admission are strictly reserved for participants with a conference’s name badge.
  2. Participants are required to wear the name badge throughout the entire conference.
  3. For any loss of a name badge, a chargeable fee will be imposed for issuing a new name badge.

Liability

The organiser will not be held liable for any personal accidents, loss or damage to or at the private property of participants throughout the duration of the conference.
