Gregg Jaclin

Early in his career, Gregg Jaclin was interested in legal representation. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, followed by his J.D. from Cardozo School of Law. He was a partner at Anslow & Jaclin, LLP for over 15 years and practiced for almost 20 years as a securities lawyer. Gregg has shifted away from traditional legal representation and become more of a resource to individuals with unshakeable entrepreneurial acumens, as well as small businesses across the world. His legal background focused on business finance matters has well equipped him for this role, as he understands the ins and outs of mergers, acquisitions, securities, and venture capital.
